Billy 2 (Ram) and Haze

I don't know if this is a bug but in my last match, I used my 2 to charge on an invisible Haze as billy and just go trough like she was a ghost. Is this supposed to happen ?

It's possible she had maxed 2 so she was immune for 0.5 seconds when casted. She also gains charges on the ability so it's also possible she recasted it right when you charged to dodge your ability.

For full clarity Haze's Tier 3 upgrade to Smoke Bomb makes her invulernable to everything fo 0.5 seconds when cast.
