Big rankup on a losing streak

Hello,
I've received a rank-up from Ritualist I to Archon VI after losing 3 (1 due to teammate rq timer) games in a row.


I've reopened the game 3 times to check if it's a visual bug. It's still saying Archon VI, which I'm fairly sure I don't have the skills for, considering I play for fun.

To clarify, I've been hard stuck in Ritualist from I to V for a few weeks. I was Ritualist I during the 3 lost games, as in the screenshot.

If you havent been around for a bit they shifted everyone's rank visually

I've seen exactly this too. You can lose rank after winning a game and gain rank after losing a game. It's probably one of the worst ranking systems I've ever seen.

I believe they rank you based on "MVP" which I assume is most souls. You were Infernus in those games which is a soul farming heavy character, so that might be why.
