Bebop hook doesn't work in a mirror matchup

If you're 1v1 versus another bebop in the hideout or sandbox, you can get stuck in an animation while both of you hook the same target. The first person to cast it gets stuck in a slow animation until you crouch jump out of it. It's 100% reproductible, I presume the spell just doesn't have any condition checks for if your hook target gets snatched away from you. No Pudge Wars for us until that's fixed, I guess

This happened to me in a real match earlier - with the 1st April removal of same champ restriction. We were two Bebops in brawl, I've hooked a target and second Bebop from my team hooked the same target.

My hook was cancelled, I got stuck in permanent hook animation, moved at very slow speed, could not use abilities or stamina. The effect persisted after death, I couldn't get it to stop.
