At 21:09 you can see Bebop (me) Hook an Infernus who is Flame Dashing away. The Hook lands, stops the Infernus in place, but after about a second, the Hook times out, and Infernus continues dashing away. Not visible in this match, but the same thing happens when Hooking an Abrams who is mid Shoulder Charge.
The Hook should be overriding (not fighting) the movement of Flame Dash / Shoulder Charge until the end of the Hook duration, whereupon the Flame Dash / Shoulder Charge channel continues as normal.
