Banned due to deadlock crash

1-2 times a week, I'll be in the middle of a game and the deadlock will crash. I'll try to get in ASAP, but when trying to launch it says its trying to verify the integrity of the files but stays at 0%. I have to uninstall and reinstall. I join the game back, but it's too late, and I'm banned. This time for about 8 hours. Anyone have any solutions?

saaaame exact issue. I've tried multiple drives, chkdsk and sfc scans to repair harddrive issues on both drives, i can verify issues have it "fix them" and then the game will immediately hit the exact same error as if it's downloading corrupted media.
