banned after queing for game every time i try to play

this happens every time i try to play a game, i have my VPN turned off, i am just on my wifi, and all files have been validated successfully. This is where the actual useful stuff ends so if yr a dev reading this stop here. I am actually going to crash out i have been put in the low priotity queue for no fault of my own i just want to play some deadlock its my favourite game atm but i cant and it actually pmo i have a 24 hours ban for what?? for this game not being able to actually put me into a lobby?? like this game is so good but it wont let me play i want to lobotomy rush some guys as billy and spam Q but i cant
