Banned after failing to load into game TOO

Dear Team,


I was banned while queuing for a match due to repeated game crashes. The game kept crashing to desktop, and at times an error message appeared stating that the file “pak01_023.vpk” was missing.


It was not my intention to skip or abandon any match. As a result of the crashes, I am now unable to play.


Could you please advise whether it is possible to lift the ban and assist in resolving the missing file issue? I have already verified the game files multiple times, but the problem persists. And it is NOT allowed the rejoin the game, the system treated me as a guy to miss the low priority match.

i just had a game fail to load in, gave me a cloud issues so had to restart my pc entirely, lobby doesn't start and i came back to a temp ban till 8pm. same thing happened to a party member in the same game restart and all but didn't get one

thats why i would say , unfair. and we cannot rejoin the game
