In the last few days my framerate has been hovering around 30-40 at the most, and constantly drops to 10-20 in the hideout and even more often during a match. Sometimes it will spike back up to 50-60 in the hideout, but it's very unstable. This wasn't a problem for me just four days ago though, and I don't know what's been causing it. It's also not really affected by changing graphics settings - I already have them set to fastest at 1920x1080p (120hz), but changing the settings to be higher doesn't impact performance very much. I'm also having the issue where spectated matches slow down severely and I don't know if it's related.
I have shader precaching disabled due to it taking over an hour to finish and making my computer sound like a jet engine, but this was before the poor performance started and I had played just fine for a little while without it enabled.
Specs:
CPU: i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz × 8
GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon, version 6.4.8
(I only recently switched to Linux a couple weeks ago. Before that I was on Windows 10 and performance was fine. After switching to Linux is when I had to disable shader precaching, but like I mentioned my performance was fine four days ago.)
Using Dx11, didn't notice a difference with Vulkan
