Banned for multiple days due to bad ping

I got banned for multiple days last night after I had a game where I was getting 1600 ping. I genuinely went downstairs to unplug and then plug my router back in. came back. And was removed from the match I joined back just to see it was a forfeit. I had left a game before hand and got in the non priority que and that was my game to get out of it. I genuinely did not mean to leave games and had no intention of leaving that one. its just a really unfortunate circumstance and I was wondering if I could possibly get unbanned?

I just had the same issue of my internet having issues and now im banned for playing even though i was able to rejoin and finish the match out playing
