There is a command that you can input in prompt (f7) each time before matches or in you steam launching game settings so you will be put in solo queues. This is the legacy true competitive experience.

Does this command still work? I see other posts saying the command is broken, showing them in a solo team but then a 4 stack against them.

Description of the issue:
This match clearly demonstrates a significant flaw in the current matchmaking system regarding team composition and damage type balance.

Extreme Damage Type Imbalance:
Our team (Venator, Wraith, Drifter, etc.) was composed almost entirely of physical/weapon damage dealers. Because we lacked any meaningful Spirit (magic) damage, four players on the enemy team were able to easily counter our entire lineup by purchasing Metal Skin. This made the game feel unwinnable regardless of individual skill.

Role Mismatch:
The matchmaker paired Rem and Dynamo (supports) against Bebop and Paige. While our supports played their roles, the enemy Bebop was allowed to scale into a massive carry, dealing over 73k damage.

Conclusion:
The enemy team had a healthy balance of Weapon and Spirit damage, making them very difficult to itemize against. In contrast, our team was forced into a single damage type from the draft, creating a massive disadvantage from the very start. I don't believe a match with such a fundamental composition gap should be considered "balanced" by the system.

If you need to equalize my win rate, then just take away my rating points. Please, I don't want to waste hours of my life trying to get into a normal lobby pool. Do something about your terrible rating system.
Just take my rating away and throw me into normal lobbies. Don't try to equalize my rating through games like this. It's scary to think how much time I wasted on games I lost from the very beginning.
