Bad Matchmaking Thread

After playing the "apparently" updated version of this game with matchmaking "fixed" once again, I can now say that new players are not the only problem which has most likely been stated thousands of times on this game by other players. My Wraith and Mirage fed a Mina and Victor which was not fun at all to go against after lane phase was pretty much done. Of course I'm now turning pessimistic 10-13 minutes into this game cause my other teammates are dying to the Mina and Victor. I pretty much get to a point in the game where I know the match is determined after how smashed green lane got and when I vent these frustrations out, I get jumped by my team stating "I'm wrong" "You're playing the most busted character" "kill yourself Celeste".

It's NOT just new players, please please understand that it is still incredibly miserable to play this game when a guy who has been playing before I ever touched the game is acting like he knows what he is doing in this game and how the game works but goes 2-13-2 by the end of the game, not seeing that he and his fellow laning partner was literally the problem that determined that we were going to lose. And Wraith tells me to kill myself when I got key player. Ironic. Please fix your rank, it is feeding into people's delusions that they belong in the rank they're in. I know I don't feel like I belong in Archon, I didn't work towards it man and I'll gladly admit to that.

hey absolutely nothing has changed. this is why i only play street brawl. The odd time ill come back too see if MM is fixed and nope. still the worst mm in any game ive ever played. done with it.
 
61803419 - 40K+ souls difference by the end. horribly unfair game.
61816717 - another 40k+ souls game.

this matchmaking is really, really bad, good god.
 
61822565 - player levels (actual skill, not the hilariously inaccurate ratings) all over the place, not to mention some bugs screwing things up along the way. It's a shame Valve puts so much effort into making a really cool game and then lets it be ruined by a handful of awful shortcomings

took a look at prior games and saw their last game was alchemist, with this game being archon
 
8/10 of my street brawl matches were all super one sided. Before my average round time was 3-4 minutes, now it's about 1-3 minutes per round, either 3-0 or 3-1 on either side. Didn't grab match IDs, but I can post em tomorrow. I get the occasional sweep, but this is ridiculous. Not fun to be on either side.

61898840 Enemy team has a trio queue and/or smurfs or better teammates than my 4 randoms I got. I was duo with the Rem. Never seen such a 1 sided game like this, where the enemy team wins 4v6s and delivers every urn that spawns on cooldown. Meanwhile, my team looks like they just picked up the game for the 1st time (they are just very bad).

How come higher average games are better/easier meanwhile archon and below is this bad? Holy smokes.
 
for the love of god @Yoshi ban this fucking idiot wraith. he fucking farmed and push other fucking lanes when we are always fighting in the other lane and he never fucking joins. he fucking costed us the fucking game and can you fucking ban this absolute fuckhead of an idiot. The whole 55mins. he only joined when they were pushing base and he just spawned. after that, he fucking went to other lanes and not help fights, midboss, ganks. hence, his 30k damage. fucking ban this griefing dog. This is just a clip of what this fucking moron was doing. HE CLEARLY saw we were fighting mid and their tower, he fucking farms, goes back base and fucking look at the menu item for fucking 1 whole minute, WHILE we were fucking fighting. this is what this idiot was doing the whole game. FUcking ban this moron and he's ascendant 5 ffs.

Do not post matchids for games that were within the past 24 hours from this post. Games older than that are fine and games going forward are fine.

I am betting my soul this Warden was not a Seeker III. He had like 20 kills and assisted the whole team, and the enemy team essentially ran a Blitzkrieg to our base and the match was over within 20-30 mins. We could not breathe once throughout the match. Despite constantly denying every soul from them they still managed to somehow get more souls than the team. We win one game and then get put against a professional full time E-Sports team. This is unhinged

Okay this is insane my matchmaking has been putting 2-3 new players with less or barely more of a page of standard games on my team for 11 matches now. Meanwhile, the enemy team gets 1 or no new players at all. It's insane. I was almost out of Arcanist but then im plunged back to arcanist 2

is just some of my recent games where there are clearly clueless players on my team and actually organized people on the other. What the hell is this yoshi???

edit: I play on asia server so idk if the player volume is the reason for this lopsided matchmaking. In any case, it's making my brain hurt to see the same pattern repeat for almost a dozen games while im helpless to stop it.
