Bad Matchmaking Thread

Here we go again. Hopefully it helps someone at some point. Would be really cool to see any communication if these 576 pages of documented people suffering are affecting the matchmaker development in any positive way.
61210845, party queue, "Oracle I" vs "Oracle V", while my new-to-the-game friend is probably Archon at this point -- I'll ask them if it's crucial.
As if the elo difference was not enough, enemy team has a blatant smurf that casually allchatted racial slurs throughout the game. Sadly report options are limited to either "chat abuse" or "smurfing", implying the lack of consideration for cases like this when both are appropriate.
Hardware ban the smurfs. TOXIC LUMP OF COAL Christmas ban wave in Dota was stuff of legends.

celeste and holliday in the same lane and just a barrage of burst spirit damage at range. but just enough to NOT trigger spirit sheilding within the first 13ish mins. & after that the celeste was at 30k and the rest of the server was around 16 to 20k. the enemy team roamed and picked off anyone attempting to close the distance and she free to jungle and take objective. leave us at around 30k each and the enemy team at 40 to 60k souls.

To get one thing clear, I think the ranking system needs to be balanced based on champions... don't pair people with 100+ games on a champ with people playing their 1. or 2. match on a champ. It's straight up delusional, I get it, I have a DL - Friend with around 100 matches of which are ~75 mina, he is no noob but look at him playing another champ. he is straight up to bad to play at the level he plays mina. It doesn't have to be a rank per champ but at least make people playing the champ for 1-10th time not against people playing a champ for the 100+ time. there is no competition. out of 10 cases the 1-10th time guy will get stomped (unless he plays a new hero that did not get nerved, yet - for example silver/celeste/apollo)
On the other hand we have this issue, I quit the game back before holliday etc. where introduced and had around 700 matches atp. (archon somewhat). After joining the game again, I get ranked Initiate 1 after my rerank, ok, accepted it. but how can it be that i see guys on reddit with 8 games (2 wins/6 loses) get ranked archon V, what do you want to tell me? if you unhappy with rank goo for a 2w6l 8 games on an alt resulting in a higher rank faster than trying to rank up your 1. account

I'm not sure if this is where this should go but: These are the first two games of standard Deadlock I have played in almost a year since this game went into a semi-public alpha.
For some reason, the matchmaker believes me to be in Oracle V despite having played this game for effectively 5-6 hours (not counting anything from when the game first launched as I played exclusively bot matches back then. )
I'm just kind of confused on why? I've looked online and seen players that belong in this rank share similar experiences of getting first time players in their lobbies. I feel like it'd make more sense to keep new players in a separate matchmaking pool in standard Deadlock for the first few matches until there's an unranked mode. (If this is a planned addition later on and it's not here because, well, it is an alpha, then I completely understand. I don't want to be that guy who complains "the game in an alpha state isn't finished?")

Another absolute stomp against me. One of the worst matches of any game I've ever played in my life. Why am I even bothering to play this if this game is just going to waste me and everyone on my team's time by putting me in lobbies I am severely underprepared for? Despite the ranks in the match being "Archon" I'm still getting completely curbstomped. Why the hell is my rank so high?
