Bad Matchmaking Thread

I have over 300 hours in the game. I played a lot when the game was first out. I have thousands of hours in other games like deadlock. I am stuck in initiate. Every game I solo queue I am stuck in a lobby full of new players. Every game I wind up with the largest soul lead, dmg, kills, on my team, while my teammates go 0-12. Either that of the game is super one sided. I am at the point where I want to stop playing because winning against new players is no fun, and losing against new players because my lane partner was 0-7 in the first 10 mins is also not fun. winning or losing. not having fun. I shouldn't be stuck against new players with 300 hours. I feel like that is a given. Here are some examples. The insulting part is... as far as elo goes....I am initiate IV, and I have teammates that are higher elo than me (usually get put in seeker lobbies) going 0-15.

Before this game, i got 7 games, 6 loses and 1 win. DEAR DEVS WHEN MATCHMAKING GONNA BE NORMAL?!?!?!?!?
If i got 16 loses in row (whis is close one because i already got 8 some time earlier) - i will leave the game and never come back.
For six months now, the team has been actively inviting participants to join testing, adding new heroes, items, and making balance changes, but despite all this, nothing has been done with matchmaking.

I came back into the game after not playing for a few months, with Phantom rank initially, here's a screenshot for proof. It was taken on January 28th 2026.
The rank adjustment update completely ruined my rank. For some reason it put me in Seeker, and now I'm stuck playing unwinnable games like these (see 2nd screenshot). Match ID : 55229610. This was Mina's first game by the way, and Victor has less than 10 games on his profile. Can you revert this insane "adjustment" please, there is no way I'm supposed to be playing with these players. I'm being punished for absolutely no reason for just coming back into the game despite never having a problem with matchmaking before. This update has killed my desire to play this game. It's not fun having people in your team with barely any games getting stomped (I don't blame them it's not their fault), and it's not fun stomping new players on the opposite team either.

55190192 - Entire team feeding, 5 to 40 kills, ended in 20min. Me and Billy won lane but everyone else lost extremely hard. Same as every game. Always feels like I'm the highest ranked in my team every single game.
55204322 - My lane mate here thought lane was about standing behind creep wave shooting minions and didn't know what to do.
55233597 - 10-40 kills in less than 20min. Then team gave up. My lane mate managed to go 0-4 in less than 4 minutes because Bebop. Every single lane got completely blown up.

this is just absolutely guano insane, every single match is like this, i have 400 hours and am playing with people with 30 or less, why???????????????????

Yoshi please past 3 games was leaver, leaver, afk, into this I understand that xnbfn was on a smurf but at least he was on Rem. LOMEIN gets Silver and sold items to make it more fair and we got stomped.

55301305 - Lash and Drifter got exploded in lane. Sit completely mute and let Abrams with x2 farm run over the entire map and win game 1v11. Not a single slot unlocked and everyone just bought their L-R build without adjusting anything at all. I guess counter items are unlocked in the store when you turn Eternus.

I somehow was in an archon game while playing with my friend (bebop) we are both in phantom and are both playing characters higher than our general ranking.

Solo Queue, According to the result screen, This is an Archanist 5 game. My problem is that I'm an Archon 5 playing my best character (Ivy) which has a green up arrow on the rank screen.

Solo Queue, Ritualist 5 game on the result screen, and I was an Archon 6 at the time of this game I believe, still playing my best character (Ivy).
Both these games also reflect a clear gap in skill given death counts, soul counts and player damage especially between me and some of my teammates. These games don't feel like the rank that would be best for me to play at, and the result screen seems to agree with me on that.

55311530 - Infernus went 0-5 in lane feeding Bebop with souls + dmg so he could easily 1v11. He rage quit after his 10th death.
55316099 - Mina couldn't stand everyone afk jungling and not actually doing anything like every other game he had played so he just said he can't do it anymore and abandoned. I can't blame him though since most games have 8-10 PvE players that think they can spike and matter.

The matchamaking is supposed to be fix but its even worse

new players, or people who are high rank just because they stack and they are totally lost
Ascendant lobby are cursed or what is that ?
the distribution shouldnt be like that for real !
a lot of player have to get down from ascendant.
balance is terrible, some caracter are unplayable like wraith (2 full clip in the heads plus 3 card for get a single pick with that shit) who you have to wait 35min of game for hopping to make dmg (average game duration is 30 min) and some are just totally god (calico, mina, haze, warden, graves, rem, lash who are just dominate every state of the game )
matchmaking is just making people leave the game.
i got ragequitter at the first death in 5 minute and get a loss like this
i have cheater (i check account ) 1 game on 5
pls take care of us valve, we make the game leave and we still here instead of the poor matchmaking and balance.
