Even after the patches, still getting these bizarre pairings, what am i even suposed to do anymore ?? (match ID 55022538)

Anecdotally, it feels like since the small matchmaking update my rank of Archon is suddenly full of people playing like they're at the International. Sweatiest matches of my life, everyone playing hyperconservative footsies for almost an hour until they can force two coinflip teamfigthts and immediately end the game. Less of a video game and more of a macroeconomics course, I (or more likely they) definitely don't belong in this rank.
My teammates were confused as to why they were playing with me too, both people way better who can't understand why this dummy is trying to force fights 20k soulds behind and the poor ritualist stuck two entire brackets above his level, still trying to grasp basic gameplay interactions.
Please volvo, let me back into the fun ranks, I'm scared
EDIT: Another guy I was talking to said he peaked phantom five, and the Archon lobbies he's been in playing with his initiate friend have been several times more serious than his natural Phantom games. Something is definitely up.

Matchmaking (solo queue) feels mostly the same and occasionally tanks to something really bad like this. Zero towers taken I think and partially the random hero rosters making it very difficult for one team to catch up when Pocket and Rem got going.

My games have been feeling much less balanced lately.

Another 80k souls difference. Lane-mate Silver didn't Ult once the whole match and went 0-8.
My lane-mate is almost always the worst overall player in the lobby, and feels leagues below my rank.

Phantom lobby that has 2 players with less than 40 games played in it one of them not even having a full page of games yet (The Billy and REM were just straight up new to the game)

The enemy ended up with almost 70k soul lead and just completely stomped us. The enemy haze is also a suspected cheater, as they admitted in Russian they know exactly where everyone is all the time and that they're using wallhacks. They shot very odd angles all the time, when they shouldn't have known people were there.

Another extremely unbalanced and unfair match where the enemy team had a 100k (!!!!!) soul lead on us. Absolutely unbelievably lop-sided and pretty much lost at draft where they had multiple tanky burst heroes and a direct dps, while we had a mix of everything.

I had such good games the entire week and now I get put with people like this. Awful.

I have over 300 hours in the game. I played a lot when the game was first out. I have thousands of hours in other games like deadlock. I am stuck in initiate. Every game I solo queue I am stuck in a lobby full of new players. Every game I wind up with the largest soul lead, dmg, kills, on my team, while my teammates go 0-12. Either that of the game is super one sided. I am at the point where I want to stop playing because winning against new players is no fun, and losing against new players because my lane partner was 0-7 in the first 10 mins is also not fun. winning or losing. not having fun. I shouldn't be stuck against new players with 300 hours. I feel like that is a given. Here are some examples. The insulting part is... as far as elo goes....I am initiate IV, and I have teammates that are higher elo than me (usually get put in seeker lobbies) going 0-15.
