FOUR of the players in my team (mina confirmed, the rest is very probable) are playing their first game since 2024 and they're in a lobby with me and kelvin who play the game actively against a full team of people also actively playing

-just put obscurus ranks into initiate lobbies tbh, the learning curve is so high that it doesnt make sense to put new players into higher ranks

thats result in just horrible game, i cant have a single game with mate who are not hard feeding (1 7 in 11 minute )
people with 50 game on account (ascendant lobby btw)
why people who have noit played for month are inmy game and hard grieffing ? there is no things to make them play in oracle or lobby for them ?
why i get people who can achieve ascd just by stacking and they a re totally lost in solo queue ?
100k players,thats nice, but that make an horrible matchmaking .
Pls fix Matchmaking people not gonna stay a long time on the game if they get roll every game,
and poeples who have play 100 hours plus are getting bored to having destroyed lobby because we have lost people who just create monster (yesterday i had archon in my team and one eternus in enemy team, the game end with a mina at 50k soul and all my team was 25k)
the game is so cool thats so sad to be disgusted to play it just because game are random cos of the no player rating who make them play betwenn similar levels of skills.
(btw peoples still complaining for the mm after month and day after day since everyone have rank up, a lot of person dont deserve their rank and all profile have to be re ranked (placement game and evereythings ) specially because the game have 100k players rn )

Actually, ranks don't matter anymore. My rank dropped from PHANTOM to ARCHON very quickly when my teammates were bad. Often players who were playing their first or second game. Rank has lost its meaning completely. No matter how well I play, winning is often impossible when teammates 1-3 players feed the enemy and play their first games. I have 1000 hours in the game. 3 different steam users. All users have been high level PHANTOM. But when you start playing Random lobbies, rank drops very quickly because of this shockingly bad matchmaking.

Blue lane did not belong in this rank imo, struggled immensely. I know the enemy team had multiple ascendant players (because I've played with them before in Ascendant III lobbies) so I have no clue why they were in an oracle lobby.

Key player in most of these matches, only one win since the patch. Those other wins toward the bottom are pre patch. MM is done for.

One team knows how to play the other doesn't. Please reinstate that new players need to play 5 bot matches before they can queue for ranked, or remove the idea of ranked the mm for it clearly doesn't know what to do with all these players who don't have a foothold on the mechanics. There are now enough players to bring back casual queue!

I am an archon 5 player and i just played a game where 3 players on my team were new players or very low rank, the paradox on this game didnt even know their abilities could be upgraded, it was their first ever game, mina and lash were also lower rank than expected. This is because they were running a 4-stack party with the graves player. This is not fair i should never be matched with 3 players that should be innitiate 1, no matter if highest level party member is my same rank. The game was a complete 3 v 6.

Oracle 2 vs Oracle 3, somehow i don't believe that. Look at stats. Also please balance this game. The last 6 months have been absolute hell and now with rem (more health and stam than mina btw) and graves (straight broken) the game is feeling even more stale. Idk.

the matchmaking is so bad in asia that everytime i play a normal game mode i get people like this. How is he allowed to play? Why is the matchmaking keeps queuing people like this? WHY is it always keep making me queue under oracle lobbies...

nice updates like this are offset by the simplest solvable problems. this vyper has less than 350 games played and has played on and off since dec 2024 with a 2 year old steam account with 4 games owned.
so unless this guys has thousands of hours on those 3 other games, its pretty clear its a smurf on top of it taking nearly 17 minutes until anyone else but me had purchased disarming hex or metal skin. all thats gotta be done is a check is added where if their steam account is less than 5 years old with less than 25 games owned, they arent allowed into and are kicked out of the playtest. thatd cut right through the cheating/smurfing issue instantly

Look at the kill count. 16-55. They delayed winning the match several times, because it was fun for them to stomp us in the jungle while we tried to catch up. Urn didnt help, all they had to do was wait at the drop off. Graves was overtuned as hell. I know we likely wont get the balance patch until after all the heroes are released, but you gotta drop something for the matchmaking experience. Graves didn't win them the game by her self.
