ACTUAL BAD MATCHMAKING ISSUE, NOT JUST ONE PLAYER HAVING A ROUGH GAME

We had a Yamato that had not played in over a year (played 20 matches total, 3 in the past year) matched into a Oracle/Phantom Lobby. The Yamato was complaining that their 3 matches this week have been exactly like this where they are simply blown out of the water. This is not to flame the Yamato, they really wanted to be placed into games that were appropriate for their level.

The MM was just bad in this one. The players on my team were mostly on my skill level I'd say it's just the enemy team was clearly better about 5 minutes in. Looking at the skill ratings, i'm not suprised.

Our Pocket in particular didn't have a good time. Based on his match history, I can only assume he's some poor Alchemist/Arcanist that got erroneously thrown into the shark pit. Doesn't help he ran Gun Pocket for some god-forsaken reason.

Me as haze running the whole lobby down because I'm a ritualist/Emmisary player in an Alchemist match. The abrams just punched thinking I wouldn't parry him, and vyper just kept pushing thinking I or someone else wouldn't catch on.

Two players on my team started playing yesterday and had under 6 games game played total, and a third started playing again after not playing for a year. Complete stomp. I have 1k hours in game, why am I playing with them?

Please fix the smurf problem in this game. It's driving people to quit your game.

I just finished playing a match where our team spent the whole game arguing with each other on who's fault it was for losing the game. Of course we lost, the yamato on the other team is an ETERNUS 4 SMURF.

They don't just have one smurf account, THEY HAVE 5 SMURF ACCOUNTS AND THEY AREN'T BANNED
The Haze in my match who duo queued with them has them all under their play history

So there is a lot more games like this I feel like, I am currently moving between archon and oracle. I noticed that the game puts players with 5-15 games played total in the matches with me. So as expected they really have no idea what they are doing. I think the game should start them in a lower rank even if they win those first matches.

Valve does not care about smurfs ruining matches. Accounts are free, they literally just make new accounts whenever they want. Valve does not punish smurfing.

Do not post matchids for games that were within the past 24 hours from this post. Games older than that are fine and games going forward are fine.

I've been losing games but it's putting me in higher and higher lobbies, my last game had 2 entirely new players (the haze and holiday)

I reinstalled the game after a 4 months+ break. First match enemy team is full of russians with names like "niger" who blatantly aimbot since the first second of early lane.

Why would they punish smurfing when literally nobody smurfs? You can check his demos and see it's a noob very blatantly cheating, but I guess you're doing the exact same so you cry about smurfs since you want to cheat all day long.

Valve does not care my guy. They don't moderate any game they have ever made. They only have VERY crappy automated systems that aren't effective. Even in the very rare cases of punishment, the cheater just makes a new accounts and goes again.

Anyone who wants proof of what he's saying:

Just look at CS2 on twitter. It's been the same cheating idiots gaslighting for like a decade at this point. Valve doesn't care and bad actors know it so they just control the overall narrative by circle-jerking with a ton of accounts. Anyone half serious about esport knows it.
