Patch in general has been really terrible for me matchmaking wise, I've won one regular game since the patch and it was one where everyone left. most of the games have been complete rolls, including all the street brawls I have played, in which two I won, right after the patch released, two steam rolls. This match in particular felt really awful, one completely new player, did not feel at all like I or my team mates could do anything. I really enjoy the patch, but its extremely hard to feel motivated to play when I feel like it's impossible to win.

You need to understand that Valve does not care. They earn billions of dollars of profit every year. They only use bots and volunteers to moderate the official discord. That's how cheap they are in regards to moderation.
Valve does not punish smurfs. Valve does not have good anticheat in any game they have ever made. Valve does not moderate any game they have ever made. They simply do not care.

bless you @Yoshi with yet another dogshit game. you really keep giving me absolute dogshit teammates that throw the game and throw out slurs and you don't do anything. 7L 2W in your new patch. I have posted all the screenshots of me when i lose and everytime there is always a problem. in those 2Ws, there is actually a fight. these 7Ls you give me are just idiots playing and does your team not taking these actions seriously? because if not then you guys are like racist for letting racists play around. what is the use of this forum if you're not gonna acknowledge and fix?

I'm having a problem with my rank. I've been managing my account since Initiate 1 and have already reached Oracle 3. I used to have the problem of needing 5 wins to advance and 3 losses to decline, but because I play better than others, I kept raising my rank. However, for the last three days, my rank has plateaued. I can win 20+ games, but my rank isn't going up, even though it used to go up from 5+ games. I created a smurf account and got to Askedant 6 fairly easily, then switched to my main account because I want to advance that specifically, but my rank isn't going up. My friends were given ranks in the last new update, each gaining 2-7 ranks, they were Oracles/Askendants and now they are Askedants/Eternuses. And my rank, as I mentioned above, not only isn't growing with wins, but it hasn't even increased in the new update.
So, what should I do? Should I switch to a smurf account with Askendant 6 or my second smurf account with Eternus rank and play there, or is there something I can do about my rank on my main account? I'm not asking for a rank like everyone else got in the new update (although that would be fair), I'm asking for it to at least increase with victories. I had a similar issue with my primary account being stuck in Phantom even with my main characters being >70% WR. I made a second account to test and am straight into Eternus lobbies.
The MM is not working as intended or simply doesn't exist past a certain threshold of games.

They fixed matchmaking by turning it off.

Can also confirm matchmaking is broken, can have 10+ character queued up, with and without Rem, with equal priority for both modes and you can be actively moving around base waiting for 8 mins before getting kicked from matchmaking.
