We were ranked in an Emissary average game where two of our teammates (Shive and Infernus) were playing their first deadlock games ever (besides one street brawl).

They were in separate lanes, and since they didn't know how to play yet, both lanes were completely lost and was basically a stomp the whole game. I feel like when someone plays their first deadlock game, it shouldn't be in Emissary rank.

Inexcusably poor matchmaking quality. There is no active system in place. This is complete RNG at this point.

I'm not sure what else I can realistically do here. Asked team to counterbuy as the opposing team was ALL SPIRIT builds.

Simply didn't happen and my team went a collective 1-26 in lane outside of myself. This sort of MM should not be possible.

Why do I have 3 ritualist players on my team while I'm in Ascendant and the opposing team is comprised of 4 Phantoms and 2 high Oracles?

The excuse for low server pop is no longer relevant. This matchmaking is atrocious.

ive reported so many smurfs that im suspended from reporting. so here we go a huge list of match ID's that I think are issues.

1. 52137517 - lash is smurfing
2. 52128064 - vyper is smurfing / team is mismatched
3. 52060569 - drifter is smurfing and my team is completely out matched and gunned
4. 51695811 - my team is completly out matched - viscous / calico smurfs
5. 51662647 - team is compeltely out matched

7. 51835600 - completely mismatched teams
8. 51672420 - mismatched teams
9. 51541896 - mimatched teams
10. 51319389 - ranks of all kinds in this lobby - seems a mess ?

I'm pretty amazed that you devs some how were able to achieve much more shit matchmaking... that is some talent.

Not only do I not get the hero as much as I used to (not meta probably to promote their pay to play tokens) but the games I've played have been heavily stacked.

Please fix and stop breaking...actually at this point please stop breaking the game...

I was Vindicta. I got matched against two significantly weaker players on the lane. Vindicta can snowball too much with her ult in such cases.

Had to leave a game because the enemy infernus was hacking and wasn't hiding it, named "pauselock.exe", promoting his hack client on his steam profile etc

instead of punishing him y'all punish the people who leave to stop the damage, great job upgrading the anti cheat, valve!

Had an entire lane on our team going 0-7 and 0-9 for most of the game. One of them ended at 0-11-3, and the other at 3-10-1.
They probably should not have been up at this rank given how egregious the scoreboard became for them. This seems like a very outsized problem for the matchmaking, and given how this game can snowball so hard, it makes the match experience significantly worse for everyone else on their team.

Previously, teams were formed like this: in one team there was 1 very strong player, in the other all levels were more or less. Now the ENTIRE TEAM is formed from such players!!! Are you developers kidding??? When will there be balance in mathmaking? Like everyday you got 1 page on this topic from the start of the year! When we see some changes???

These teams aren't balanced in any fucking universe. One team knows what farming is and abuses gun viscous's downright exploit level damage and of course my team can't do shit aside from Kelvin and me taking actual objectives. Either make mm more strict or make it so that comeback mechanics are better and a casual soul diff is not ruining the game. Also what the fuck how can you look at this NOW EXTREMELY POPULAR viscous build and think "yeah, his gun is properly tuned for the kind of character he is." while Haze still has an absurdly weak gun. Bebop here is also doing ludicrous damage despite dying a ton and not getting very many stacks. It feels like 2024 deadlock. What happened under the hood this patch?

Why have you guys not done anything about the garbage matchmaking? It seriously undermines the latest content patch. My latest standard match of deadlock was just a stomp with the other team favored. Why continue to have a ranked mode if the matchmaking is going to be this bad? The Pocket on my team said they they were learning to play their character, meanwhile I have over 500 games on Abrams. Why am I matched with them? In ANY other game this wouldn't happen, but it seems to me you guys aren't doing anything about it. Theres no surrender option, or anything like that. I'm just forced to play 30-40 mins of not fun, unbalanced matches.
