I think this post contains exhaustive evidence.
A guy with the nickname "I'll kick their ass" has been playing Deadlock with cheats for almost 1,939 hours.
Watch him play in the attached video.
After this game, I'm really curious: when will the game get a proper anti-cheat system?
You're creating a rating system, but half the players are just cheaters. Why can't you combat this?
Why don't you have an in-game system that could track suspicious accounts and merge them into one pool so they don't interfere with other players, or so the system could flag them and let people rate them for cheating, like in CS:GO?
I know also some nicknames from the top 1000 in Europe who have been playing with cheats for thousands of hours.

Victor is a problematic character, it was impossible to counterplay him. Please just make curse work on his ult and rework his second ability to not have charges because that is just awful to play against. Paige in this game has divine barrier which will purge any curse or silence given to him so gg we can't do anything against him at all.
Also 3 lives with rejuv so we need to fight 3 TANKS and the entirety of the enemy team 2 times

oracle smurf with 80 total games in a ritualist lobby? if its not a smurf your facing, its a forced loss with 3 feeders on your team, if you dont get the feeders you get a quitter. Other then that the rest of the games are amazing
