I don't agree with that. Making a game and or being a community manger in this or any economy is not the type of work you jump on, unless you enjoy what you are doing and care about your work. (I know from personal experience.) That said assuming there is intent for players to have fun and or at least test the game properly, an explanation behind the atrocious match making is needed as it negates both.

Valves success has nothing to do with Deadlock. Even if it turns into a massive hit it wouldn't even be 5% of their revenue.

Valve is hands off with regards to cheaters, smurfs, toxic players, racists, etc. None of their past games have been moderated.

Can't lie, I can't take anybody seriously if they use UI mods

Most developers would consider any mod that gives you access to more information or other assets on screen tthat other players aren't accessing/ can't by default in the base game+ gives you an advantage to have access to, as cheating.

I wouldn't call this bad matchmaking, but idk where else to report a team of at least three cheaters, so. Trying to help my friend out of low prio, discovering why some people are in low prio. Hope the cheaters are stuck there for another dozen games. :)
 
5 matches in a row with +200 ping, and stomping or getting stomped. i understand that it isn't out yet, but if they can't figure out something as simple as servers they should not have this game playable even as a beta. i play 3 - 6 matches a day, and about half of them are stuck on these unbelievably unstable, distant servers. at least the games are only 25 minutes a piece because the balancing and game progression are so poorly managed that either my team wins instantly, or the other team wins instantly, so i can always try again and waste another half an hour! valve should seriously consider putting this game back behind curtains until they can actually figure out a working formula, because this game is in a truly, truly awful state right now, in just about every single aspect.
 
in fact, i will state very directly, because this is clearly a meaningless thread the devs dont care about. they do their jobs extremely poorly. nearly 2 years playing this game, and every single update, every single new character they throw onto the pile of already unbalanced garbage bulk, every rework to the map and to the way the game plays makes it more unfun to play. i'm honestly starting to think neon prime could've been the best version of the game, because they've slowly been gutting and fucking it up since the first time i started playing it. this game should have never seen the light of day as neon prime OR deadlock, because the concept is either very clearly flawed, or the developers are so unbelievably incapable that itll end up a stain on valves already increasingly spotty reputation. i honestly wouldn't be surprised if most of the people working on bettering this flaming trash heap of a game have given up, because it sure feels like theres a distinct lack of care and passion behind every single decision they make, almost like they're trying to drive it into the ground so they can just move on already.

lmfaooo i just played three matches this morning, obvious forced losses, are the devs actually just braindead dumb fucks? Sure seems like it.

Why else stack the teams with high rank one side, then one high rank other side with 5 brand new feeders? Devs are dumb as fuck.

fix your game or more people are gonna keep quitting

We got suspicious this guy maybe wallhacking but seems like she Minimap hacking? LOL.

24:30 -> Paige "Я Заебался" dies to Haze and yes they can see him for a while because of minions but Piage keeps pinging long after that. Seems like player is Rage switching after death.

27:40 -> Paige Pings haze again no way anyone could have seen him

36:25 forward-> Paige is pinging Haze even though hes not visible.

Safe to say its pretty obvious case

Judging my her movement shes a lot higher mmr player also. So sad.

Sometimes this happens due to a bug, you can indeed ping people half across the map through buildings for some reason. I've done it as accident, like trying to ping objective and calling out someone somewhere.

I dont think anyone gets vision of the pinged person if he is not visible, I dont know why this happens.
