Playing on the South African servers with a very small community, 2 notorious smurfers named Emily<3 and powerpuffgirl ruining pretty much every game we play. With such a small community it pushes away any new comers from the game and makes it impossible to get any sort of balance going they have admitted to smurfing as they struggle to find games but smurfing kills the small community we have and makes it impossible to have any sort of growth

Honest to god I've never played a game where the matchmaking was this bad. 70% of games are decided in the first five minutes. There is no draft, there is no way to aim for a balanced team, there are WILD discrepancies in rank (why am I playing against archon level players when I queue up as a seeker?). I suck at this game admittedly but I'm often topping souls and damage while my teammates either go 0-12 or jungle the entire game and ignore objectives. How is that possible? I am objectively bad at shooters. It is not fun to constantly play against the absolute demon king omega chad on the other side who has studied the blade longer than I've been alive.

I play a maximum of 5 matches a day, and it’s becoming really frustrating to play this damn game, no matter how much I love it.
There’s an insane skill gap between players many have no idea how to move or just want to ruin the experience for others.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve been running into a lot of cheaters or smurfs over the past three days, and I’m starting to lose the motivation to play.
You don’t need more balance patches or new heroes you need to fix your damn matchmaking, because otherwise, in my humble opinion, you’ll lose the entire remaining player base.

Couldnt agree more. A majority of the hardcore playerbase shares this sentiment. I cant say ive noticed a lot of cheaters aside from some suspected esp and auto parries. Smurfing and stacking on the other hand are definite. If you play this game solo you are at a massive disadvantage. I also really love this game and have played like 1k hours since the initial release about a year ago and am regularly being teamed up with players with under 20 hours. The MM has become such a miserable experience Im fully ready to step away for good until they do something about it. Groups of 3 or more need to wait in longer qs to face other large groups. I think a majority of the player base would be perfectly fine with waiting an extra minute or two to find a somewhat balanced match compared to suffering through a 45 minute stomp. Do away with the hero specific MMR, fully wipe the current ranks and have everyone hard reset and play 15-20 placement matches to get a general idea of their skill rating. Only then could they actually balance the matchmaking. Until this is done I couldnt care ANY less about a new hero, item or map change. All of that should be secondary to fun competitive matches.

follow up match, just this time on the winning side. Haze goes 1-7 and instantly rage quits, but didnt understand her own itemization, always going in fury trance alone against anyone not disabled.

Not sure why i'm being matched with such impossible games, makes me want to leave the game and never play again. I've had 8 back to back losses, not sure what I've done or why this is happening but it needs to stop.

i'm not the greatest player ever but i use to do well, but these days i feel like its impossible to enjoy the game. Is this happening to you or anyone else?

42095345, the emmissarry billy player, TheSightz (if you are reading this, fuck you,) spent at least 5 minutes on mic beneath our walker literally screaming, after pausing the match to take a bong rip and hard feeding lane. meanwhile he was screaming, i took the guardian and most of the walker hp, he goes and kills himself under walker to finish taking it, then continues his tyrade on mic. I DID ALL THE WORK, GROW SOME RESPECT FOR YOUR TEAMMATES. he throws by just going afk in jungle for the rest of the game.
I am seeker 3, (i ranked up to 4 but back down due to the second match) and he is emmissary 3. He has the mental fortitude of a kindergartener, how is he in my match and how am i still being placed with brand new players? (no hate to newbies)

second match, 3 of my teammates cannot secure A SINGLE KILL. the other team wipes us, ivy solo pushes into lash slams until she ragequits, game is a total noncompete, and there is no option to abandon until like 20 minutes in. actual agony.
Lash is ritualist 5, ivy is obscurus. there is evidently a skill gap here, and i could have told you that 2 minutes into lane, and i wasn't even IN THE LANE. View attachment 59946

Also, he's in at least a three stack that is attempting to use him to boost themselves to higher ranks:

With 36k players, I would expect better separation of squad queues and solo queues.
