How long am I going to play EVERY SINGLE GAME in lobbies that are -2 or -3 ranks lower than mine? By the way, this accounts for around 90% of all games. At first, I assumed it was just because there weren't enough players matching my Ascendant rank in the game. But here’s what happened next: I logged into an account with Phantom—same issue. Then I tried logging into an account with Oracle—again, the exact same problem. Finally, I switched to an account with Emissary—and surprise! Another lobby that's -2 or -3 ranks below me. Do you honestly believe that the game can retain its player base while 99% of matches consist of five players mindlessly farming the jungle AFK? Or maybe waiting over ten minutes for such underwhelming matchups will solve things?
I sincerely hope you're being compensated accordingly, like getting paid -20% one month and -30% the next—that might make sense of it all. My question goes straight to those accountable for this mess. Visually and audibly, the game is top-notch, although it's not without its glitches. However, none of them irritate me half as much as dealing with this frustration every single day.
In that case, the only correct option I see is to register new accounts and spoil the game for beginners, since there games are found quickly and lobbies are matched by rank.
By the way, I'm playing on European servers, and there are plenty of players of my rank, but for some reason the game doesn't think so

Why is the matchmaking so bad lately? I'm Arcanist V and it feels like there's more steamrolls than balanced, fair games as of late. There's usually one team who can't keep any of their objectives while the other keeps three walkers up. This isn't healthy for the game at all and I feel like this needs to be addressed soon!

Is it true Asia has their Eternus/Ascendant/Phantom/Oracles shoved into Archon/Emissary games in other regions because their player population is simply too small for expedient queue times? That makes sense from a "lets get going" point of view, but not at all from a skill oriented framework.

I swear, @Yoshi , you keep giving matches where Lash and Dynamo just have crazy CC while the other team does not have that shit. I get that you want to suck the pros' dicks so fucking hard, but give the fucking casual players at least some fun cause at this point, this game fucking sucks, and you should stop working on this game because you're just making it unfun loser filled work.

Thank you Valve employees for reading this thread regularly and at least making sure you're giving us an official well-written explanation about why your matchmaking makes your "game" unplayable, even though you can't fix it yet because figuring out the heroes' pronouns obviously takes a priority in these dark times that are a threat to our democracy.
This game really is strange. Game WAS fun, until they totally messed up the match making. Now its so confusing. Its wildly clear the devs on this game are absolutely in over their heads, have no idea what they are doing. This has soured me to Valve in whole on another level. They are actually employing devs that are this terrible, its mind blowing.
