I think there is an issue with smurf detection. I'm a new player with less than 60 hours played, but I am not smurfing.
I was in Alchemist II lobbies, and I was invited to play with some friends that are more new to the game than me (they were initiates).
In that session we won 8 games and lost 4. Immediately after that session, I played another but instead playing alone. To my surprise I was placed in a Ritualist II lobby. I checked my rating and it was Ritualist V. My current score after that session is 12 losses and 5 wins, 1 of them because the enemy team had a disconnected player. In very few of these games have I been able to perform against these player that are significantly more experienced and skilled than me.

I would post the match ids of all the games, but I think it's better to post my profile in tracklock the match history can be seen easier:
PD: I really love the game, but this experience is very frustrating for me to play. If I have to play 16 games like this, I would rather wait for a patch to fix this issue. I would appreciate a skill rating reset for my account or other solution, but I understand that is very unlikely.

Me (Haze) being pretty much the only one pushing / shoving lanes and preventing backdoors 99% of the times while rest of the team is kill-chasing as a deathball on the other side of the map and failing at it being instantly wiped out far too many times.
Numerous times under-levelled kill-chasers simply refused to kill troopers to begin with by rushing past them and then repeatedly feeding themselves to the full-health opponents;
you can guess who these were due to them having almost twenty (20) deaths.

yup, shitty ass matchmaking again. solo que players with 1 or 2 new players with full on emissary and above 5 stack on the other team. The devs really dont care about the surge of players again on top of OP as fuck new heroes while stacking all the cc in favor of the other team.

Two oracles, a phantom, and an archon against 4 ritualists and an emissary and archon. This match was atrocious.
Also got matched against them AGAIN the very next game and got stomped again.

You guys seriously need to do something about the matchmaking in OCE, the game is borderline unplayable purely because of matchmaking. Almost every single one of these games is from my last 16 games played and have a smurf account in them bringing the enemy teams "average rank" further down than it should be.

the ivy and shiv said racists chant towards chinese. do something, i reported them for toxic behaviour, that report button better work.
This clip, i was invi, healing rited. i purposely went next to the wall far away from the creeps and stood still just to see if that infernus was aimbotting. To my not surprise, infernus with his last bullet shot at me while invi btw. you can see a 4 pop out. Clearly hacking i replayed it twice for you. bro didn't die once btw.

100% confident the devs are actually retarded at this point. If you win a few games and have a positive score, the match maker apparently puts you on a team of ULTRA feeders and stacks try hards on the other team, then does this for 15-20 games in a row making it absolutely impossible to win.
Its absolutely a forced losing streak, nothing anyone can do about it, i play positive nearly every match.

Ah yes because randomly queuing into a 4 support or assassin comp while the enemy team has an actual comp is fine.

Match id 41371832. We won every lane super hard and ended in 24 mins, but with coordination, we likely could've ended around 21 minute mark. Felt like there was really no chance for them from the start by souls alone. Match id 41425629. Our Shiv did not understand how to lane, and left lane 2-3 mins in—built monster rounds + glass cannon (after 9-10 deaths) first 2 items in alch 3. He ended the game nearly 1/3 the souls of the enemy leader in a 30 minute game. He died 12 times in 13 minutes and finished with 19 deaths.
