Bad Matchmaking Thread

So I don't know what is going on with the other regions however Oceania (Or at least the Australian region) is reaching the break point on how bad the matchmaking is.
How do I know? (Other than my own experience.)
I know because its actually coming up in conversation consistently. Weather it be voice or chat people are actually mentioning it. There are generally only 2 things people with chat about (As in non match related communications), Pauselock and new heroes when they come out. For people to be consistently talking about the match making means its become are consistent and meaningful problem.
And just as an aside, Deadlock to my knowledge is supposed to be a team game. The problem with this incredibly inconsistent matchmaking is unless the teams are actually fair then, I and most player are incentivized to play the most degenerate self centered ways imaginable just to hope we can eek out a win. Which is really hard might I add when you play the more team orientated heroes and or builds.

I wouldn’t complain about balance yet - characters, items, even matches... whatever.
But since this thread exists, and this matchmaking feels so wrong...
Left team is just a bunch of solos, even with a total newbie (like 15 games).
Right team had a TRIO and players with 100+ games.
If that’s supposed to be “matchmaking” then it’s broken as hell,. Maybe fix it?

I am not an archon player, which means you must be matching us with some insane players to pull that average that far up. Please fix this shit man.
At some point we as a playerbase are going to need to get more vocal than this thread if we want it to change. They very obviously have written it all off as baseless complaints and dont even read it.

Either the enemy team was on steroids and way above our level of gameplay (especially Vindicta, Mina, Lash) or the matchmaking was messed up again. Just a stomp for the enemy team, once again.

Enemy team had multiple people who seemed to know what they were doing while the people on my own team seemed absolutely clueless and struggling with everything. No comms, seemed extremely disorganized and often times when I was spectating seemed like enemy team had superior movement, aim and everything while own team played on a very lower level.

Even with the option on that I prefer it more competitively where people would use their mics, absolutely NOBODY but me used their mic and again, we had our team under-preforming severely with our DPS being steamrolled and the enemy team having extremely strong players. Not to mention around the 24min mark our Billy decided to go AFK, when the game was still winnable mind you, in spawn to only run up against a wall. This game makes me feel like I want to cry sometimes, matchmaking has been absolutely HORRID as of late.

It has been getting worse over the last 3-4 months, its obvious at this point the devs are incompetent.

This is a low priority match. I got stuck in low priority because I smashed and broke my monitor during a previous bad match. Two of the players on the enemy team deliberately paused the match and temporarily broke the game at the last ten seconds in order to waste our time. Both were reported for griefing. I also heavily suspect they were cheating.
