The rank values says we are same rank, but everyone in my team had at worst 3 deaths, meanwhile the enemy team had a person that had 13 deaths and the overall death rate was around 6 or 7 in the enemy team. 20 minute match

In this team we just got rolled, everyone lost their towers around the 10 minute match and we were unable to protect the walkers, the only one that died in the enemy team more than 2 times was mginnis. 22 minute match

Urn literally dissapeared out of existence. And so many of my melees not hitting even though they're right on target, including on power-ups. This is compeltely horrible, lost the game becasue of this - since i jungled all game to carry my team only to lose to the dumb hit-registration constantly.

не в ранге дело а в подборе персонажей , тима где 5 хардкери практически всегда будет падать от тимы где есть пару толстых

The farming snowball mechanic can make some games really unfun and basically unfair. I've seen it many times.

A team is winning, they are taking objectives and defending theirs well. One person on that team proceeds to spend a huge chunk of the game doing nothing but farming. They then come in the latter part of the game and annihilate the other team because they are 20k souls ahead of everyone. At that point they are near invincible and you can only do so much.

This feels like cheating even though it technically is not. It is not fun to play against. It also rewards that player for being a farm hoarder, and punishes everyone else for playing the game. Hopefully this is rectified somehow, I dont know how cause I'm not an experienced game dev, but it cannot continue. It turns off so many people from the game.

21 minute stomp, the only ones that had any real amount of resistance were me, vyper and vindicta, the other 3 couldnt do anything and they just got rolled, and then Me and vyper got rolled because 4 come over to take our guardian.

Just had a game where my teammates redefined the art of feeding —1/18/1 and 3/13/4, donating their souls like it was a clearance sale. Maybe they were new, but so am I! The difference is I don’t dive 1v6 all game.

Matchmaking? Enemy team was two ranks above us, while I was stuck in "Griefer Babysitting Simulator."

Honestly, we need a special matchmaking pool just for feeders and griefers—let them throw themselves at each other instead of dragging the rest of us down. Until then, I’ll keep watching my teammates deliver souls faster than express shipping. GG, I guess.

Hi, rather than posting Match IDs I want to bring to the devs attention a post I made regarding the matchmaker. Since the views on it have not moved at all I believe it has been ignored.

I had used 3 smurf accounts to test the MM system over the past 2-3 months all EU solo queue. The post is in the gameplay feedback section because I shared all 4 accounts I have played Deadlock on and I would prefer if I can keep them private to the community. During this time I had one account go from 65% winrate reaching phantom 5 then proceed to have below 40% win rate for the next 60 games and derank to phantom 1, another account I was able to peak at asc 6 before deranking, afterwards I made the thread in question returned to my original account after 2 months of smurfing, and I was able to get from mid asc to very high eternus in less than 20 games despite never having reached eternus before on any account.

All of these experiences lead me to believe the current MM to be too luck based and inaccurate at best and highly abusable at worse.

Please look at the thread and give me a response, because over a month has passed since I initially made the thread and with each day I am considering sharing my thoughts on how I think the matchmaker works with the community but I want to first try getting the dev team's attention.

This is called match-making therapy. It lets you suffer until you get that one good game before plunging you into another suffering round.
Also, as a better player, you will be a donkey to carry those on a losing streak.

Ritualist 1 team matched with a Phantom 1 team. I ranked down from Alchemist 2 to Alchemist 1 after this game.

This is simply the most egregious in a long streak of wildly unbalanced matches. All I've been getting these past few weeks is just stomp after stomp.

The rank system works quite poorly now too. I was mid Emissary in December when I took a break. I came back in March and ranked down to Arcanist after one match, then Alchemist after a couple more. The people in my rank seem to have utterly wild differences in skill, to the point where it feels like whether I win or lose is completely out of my hands.

Yo deadlock team, I wonder if you guys take this thread seriously. Because how am I finding teammates that are constantly levels below the enemies? like the skill gap is so big even in the same rank. Its like you give me one high ranked teammate and all the others are low ranked against an enemy team that are much better. Just look at the kills and see for yourself. How are you able to consistenly find me enemies that have at least 5 enemies that are positive KD and only less than 2 in my team that are positive. This is a constant in all my losses and I lost 7 out of 8. Fix Your Matchmaking in the next update I beg because extra competitiveness option works for the enemy and not for my own team. What a useless option if it doesn't work.
