Bad Matchmaking Thread

had two people on our team confusingly low damage and souls. not to be mean but they had no idea what was going on and they were in the same lane. would like to know what was up with this one

Duo queued with Abrams player. Teammates lost lanes and proceeded to feed dozens of times. Shiv ended up having 22 kills in a 27 minute game.

I won this game and I think it was bad matchmaking. 120k vs 70k, multiple 7-0's on our side, 0-x-0's on their side. I can't imagine anyone had a really rewarding time.

not even close, total stomp. the enemy team fed in lane over and over. infernus, lash, and seven shouldn't have been in this game.

Most horrific mismatch of players I've seen pretty much since playing (200~ hours).

Enemies were harassing us under turrets and diving us with precision. We did not stand a chance.

Feels like a lot of new players are getting mixed into these lobbies, which causes a lane or two to fall away and the enemy to stomp the match. Not fun for sure

Was my team supposed to have any kind of chance? Because the opponents were attacking base guardians at 11 minutes

Also:
21988550 - completely one sided
21991266 - 5/6 opponents did ZERO objective damage

There are dozens of other matches ofc, but it really started getting bad after grouping with someone who had never played before; really tanked me and I'm struggling now. 95% of matches are one sided, and the few that are good games have someone disconnect or crash another 30% of the time.

There absolutely needs to be division of people with certain amounts of games having preference to be grouped. Maybe it's because my MMR is just coasting down now, but I hadn't run into this many clueless people before.

Still getting perma queued into entirely russian team mates. Coincidentally the few quality games I get are comprised entirely of europeans and americans. If this is some sort of speedrun to see how quickly you can get people with actual money to quit before you can even sell something to them. It's working.

Felt like players did not know how to objectively play the game at the level that I am used to in most of my other games. An example of a game where I felt players knew how to play objectives well and we still lost but was a fair game is MatchID: 22614630

Not as egregious, but it definitely felt like there was a clear skill diffrerence. For every kill out Shiv got, our Kelvin would just run into a 1v5 on his own and die. And from there, Shiv and Haze couldn't keep up with Infernus and Bebop. Everyone on the enemy team had more assists than anyone on my team. On top of that, it felt like very few people on our team were paying attention to the map, and would keep farming while someone would be 1v3'ing under tower. It often meant that the job of clearing lanes was mine.
