Bad Matchmaking Thread

I'm a support player, and I sincerely don't understand why there's still no distinction between party and solo matchmaking. I just sit on the same rating, playing either with a party of strong players or with a party of weak players. As a result, my win rate is 50%. Please make the obvious, necessary changes:
1. Separate solo and party matchmaking.
2. Separate the search by role. (Matches are often lost because there are either no carries or most of them. It's just pure randomness.)
3. Remove the choice of 3 heroes. (This is the most idiotic decision I've ever seen in a game. Maybe it made sense when heroes were scarce, but that's no longer the case. A huge percentage of players want to play one hero and are willing to spend a long time searching for a game just to get it. Why force them to play someone they don't want? During the new hero events, I lost dozens of games because people picked Bebop and Haze, ran around with a negative score, and whined about not wanting to play them, but rather to have a better chance of picking the hero they really wanted. Right now, in my opinion, there are quite a lot of heroes; choosing from 3 heroes is a completely unnecessary feature.
4. Picking heroes one at a time after the game starts is uncommon. Losing lanes or difficult situations often result from your hero being counter-picked accidentally. People don't have the opportunity to think and choose the best option for a specific game and opponent; everything comes down to luck. In competitive games, even in a casual pub, this is unacceptable.

I understand that the next patch will change matchmaking. I sincerely hope to see these 4 points, because this is the minimum necessary base at this stage of the game's development.

Oracle 2 game with a team that refuses any and all organization and communication, everyone just doing their own things, not a single proper itemization vs a hidden king team full of people who can clearly comprehend what itemization is (should be the bare minimum in any rank past archon)

Another Oracle 2 game with a archmother team that has NO clue what the hell is going on in the game, refusing to communicate be it with text or voice, refusing to do any sort of objectives and permanently farming neutral camps and dying on the enemy side. I understand people having bad games but ive also seen people who bounce back after they cooperate with their team and win the game together.

I also tried the "extra competitive" option, which is supposedly something that people who want more communication and a bit more serious gameplay experience can opt into. And it just defaults to whiny or overly talkative however completely irrelevant to the game things, either chronically toxic and whiny people, or ironically, dead silent team with complete refusal to communicate at all.

I dont mind the losses, i dont mind having "bad games"
i frequently have high death KDA's too however thats due to my greed and not a lack of understanding of the game nor itemization nor objectives, i can sit down and commentate on the games to explain piece by piece how grandly inflated the ranks are in the current state of deadlock and how almost Initiate -- Ritualist ranks are borderline decorative since every other patch everyone just gets placed anywhere above Archon, even with self admitted -48%~ Winrates

Again, i dont mind the losses and whatnot but the game is becoming unfun because of how inflated ranks are and how people that perform average to well are struggling to rank up whilst fresh downloads or downright new people are getting bumped up to ranks they shouldnt be prepared for.

Beyond ridiculous for a game your system flags as "Oracle 1"
Two accounts are straight up fresh, level 1-10 steam profile with like 2-3 games, clearly bought/smurfed account or whatever the hell and its just torturous to experience this shit
 
Yeah like at this point trying to play in Ascendant is a literal fucking joke.

Pinnacle of current matchmaking, nothing beats that.

HK team has 3 blatant smurfs on fresh accounts: #1, #2 and #3, each profile is private but I assure you, all them are level 1 profiles with 2 games on them and 1-2 friends and 30-50h in deadlock already griefing games in Ascendant. Must be very talented new players.

One team has 3 smurfs. Other team (my team) has 0, all legit, normal players.

What's the takeaway here?
All good cause I'm not in the smurf-pool since my whole team is legit?
"State mandated loss" because all my team is legit while they have 3 smurfs?
We are all in smurf pool for some fucking reason and it's my turn to lose?
Or there's just no shadow pool, no smurf pool and the whole system is this atrociously bad?

How hard is that to simply check that if an account has >90% winrate this is NOT A NEW PLAYER? THIS IS A SMURFING SUBHUMAN HERE TO RUIN THE PLAYTEST FOR OTHERS.

My friends have stayed away from "normal" matches for as long as Brawl exists, I used to play solo, but I think I'm sticking to brawl as well and better yet, to other games that respect player's time. "Normal" matchmaking is hardly normal and hardly "matchmaking" because meaning of this word is so far removed from what happens in Deadlock, it doesn't even resemble a joke.

Any mood to post improvement suggestions, bugs or character concepts is completely dead from the matches like this. I'll check up on this game when and if open beta happens.

Valve literally does not care. Every Valve game is like this. Expect Deadlock to be filled with cheaters, griefers, smurfs, boosters, account sellers and buyers, and bots. They simply do not care to moderate any game they have ever made.

Another game where the enemy just steamrolled us. I have no clue what matchmaking's problem is as of recent but it genuinely just feels bad to play. Own team is struggling, enemy team is steamrolling. Allegedly a 6-stack what some people had noticed so not fun. :(

One of the people was a player I knew was an Eternus 6 player, but due to atrocious matchmaking they're down to Eternus 3 now. The Shiv and Haze seemed to struggle a lot though, and we lost a walker super early on. Seemed rather unbalanced.

Subtle Aimbot, Possibly wall-hacking / able to track locations of all enemies everywhere through some application.

In both replays it showcases that this player aims around the target, and the bullets stick to the head or torso and the reticle does not match up with the bullets trajectory at all.
When compared to the other players within the matches, there is a clear delineation of shots taken, and the pathing matching as intended.

Additionally within In both matches, the player was blatant apparent in knowing where every single player was, even though there would have been indicator of them being exposed on the mini-map, or from their perspective. (In one instance in match 70878504, at 15:00, they aimed their reticle at the exact location of where the enemy player, calico, was hiding directly and kept the reticle the entire way when they were standing on top of the Buff Bridge, after securing it, then proceeded to kill the calico player.)

Felt like a complete rank difference here where the enemy team just steamrolled us. No lanes won, less than 25 minutes the match with our team only having 5 kills vs their 25 kills.

Just purely unfun and unpleasant. Not sure what else one can do in this game.

No matter if I play solo or with people it just feels unbearable this matchmaking.
