Plus Bebop only hooking 3 times and never punching once in lane
(only 1 hook was successful)
 
Matchmaking has not improved whatsoever after the big patch today. I know you all are busy hotfixing the new patch, and the new art and items are nice, but I wish there would be some intense focus on the matchmaking for the next big update. Match ID: 35547097

I 100% agree. Please give the matchmaking a massive overhaul to give less-experienced players, especially newcomers and casuals an actual fighting chance.
 
1st game after the new update patch. phew all that hardwork into the shop and none into the algorithm matchmaking! You guys are really outdoing yourselves. give a pat on the back for how consistent you guys are at making the matchmaking amazing. Emissary 1 vs archon 6. teammates that went 0/2 0/4 phew. goodjob

2nd game. another game where it is emissary 1 vs archon 5 and the game ended less than 30minutes. goodjob devs. I hope the 3rd game will be better! also thanks for giving the same enemies that demolished us and giving me more mid teammates.

3rd game. yay i finally got archon teammates but of course the enemy had to be oracle. How did i find archon teammates that are significantly worse than the emissary team i played with? 0 kills, 7k damage and 8k damage. what the fuck is wrong with your matchmaking @Yoshi. you seriously need to get a grip on the matchmaking. i dont care if its low player count, that's on you for not fixing your dogshit matchmaking but you guys don't care anyways.

I'm ranked 5 levels below the average level of my team (because of consistently poor matchmaking) and I'm out-farming and out-damaging my much higher-ranked teammates who have very little sense of situational awareness or self-preservation. I'm always on the defensive because my teammates are dead a lot. It would be appreciated if a Valve developer gave us any information about matchmaking. How does it actually work? How will it be improved? Maybe players could go back to being ranked for each hero? Maybe rankings could reset regularly again to stop severely misranked players being in the wrong games? I don't know but any kind of feedback from Valve would be appreciated.

enemies team was far better, yamato also went 0-9 then left leaving the match unwinnable and just hard to enjoy in any capacity

within the last 2 weeks, i have had a 6 loss streak, 7 loss streak, and now an 8 loss streak. i love solo queuing in this game! i love how terrible the matchmaking is! i know this sounds like cope, but genuinely 95% of the time i contribute meaningfully and dont feed. but no, there is always a leaver or feeder or the enemy team has smurfs or just shitty matchmaking in general, but shit like this happens. just release this game so people will play it so i dont get matched with people way below or way above me in skill

7v5 experience as the wraith on our team (fittingly named brainless) was clearly extremely new to the game and did not know what the hell they were doing at all

tbf it's a sunday morning and I'm playing in the potato bracket (high arcanist) but still, this was not fun

I (Abrams) was arcanist star while friend (Infernus) was ritualist 4
there's a very obvious lopsidedness to the skill level of each player. The warden, for instance, was wondering around and rarely helping until they were already on the patron while on the enemy side their shiv was the only person to frequently time their parry and dominate the field over their allies.
