Did ok in lane, teammates would not communicate or listen to comms. Felt like my team was brand new or full of much lower-skilled players, while their team beat us easily and was fully of highly-skilled players (relative to my team). Teammates had no game sense and did not know how to farm.

I created a separate general feedback post for this in private but seriously I need to know what's going on. I've got a 30% win rate with Abrams, I've won just 2 of my last 14 games and that's included games going 26-9, 18-7, 20-4, 20-8 and yet I'm refused to get wins. There's two wins above this. Look how bad this is -- a 30% win rate. Just let that settle in.
I literally decimate the enemy team and suffer loss after loss after loss. I've got a 2KD with Abrams. He's got one of my best ratios in terms of time played to hero damage/healing/total souls etc.
BUT, A 30% WIN-RATE.
These are all my games with Abrams, from newest to oldest. Basically, I got a few wins when I first started playing 3 months ago and now this.

i know that i will start from the rank i have on my bound account. but as it works with dota, i could get into normal pool, with at least 50% win rate. And you cant create new free account and play deadlock, you have to invest 5$ there first. but its a shit to spend money just to avoid a hidden pool, i ve had enough of this in dota
