these bad matching isnt about skills disparity , but its all about Souls difference . if we had same souls or little less , then the match would go for atleast 30 min more. souls rework needs to be done at intial match. i tried to claim my souls as fast as i oculd , but everytime the enemy gun was faster and Denied ALL OF MY SOULS, thus he got stronger and i got rekt.

23788556 : im not a professional in matchmaking and rating systems but 2 teams skill level and mmr gap was huge i guess
23774735 : infernus performance and others had a huge gap lowest souls in team and 2nd lowest in game\
23818762 :again some infernus that went 1 13 1 and had very low farm even tough he rushed ricochet with no items i dont think he belongs in this rank (i just finished the game i had to edit my post from earlier today)
i dont have the other match ids because they are from a day or 2 ago but 1 or 2 lower skill players in 1 team and huge gap in 2 teams statistic was the case a lot of time
(please add hero specific mmr at least in unranked a lot of people gonna play unranked only,and a player who is playing his first game on a hero is definitely a disadvantage for same mmr players)

lost 145k to 71k in 20min: all lanes just died on repeat + some players played randomly (for instance: abandonning their lanes, taking dumb fights), which let me think they were from a lower mmr I'm used to play with. No one was communicating despite my efforts. Very weird experience.

Joshi you legend, thanks for the changes to the South African servers, finding games quicker, its a bit hit and miss though.

Ranks shouldn't be assigned according to win/loss solely. I cannot be best in all stats, best KDA, most useful, doing objectives etc. and lose 7 straight games in a row because I'm paired with absolute troglodytes.

23853300: minus 50k on my team, they had haze, seven, infernus and wraith all on the same team, just more of the same where matchmaking makes a team to win and one to lose before the match begins, basically an unwinnable game from the lobby.
23815163: plus 50k on my team, their team was weaker overall in terms of gamesense, me and bebop were clearly better than the rest of the lobby, mcginnis was especially worse than the rest of the lobby
23699135: haze and seven on the same team, impossible to lose with those two in late game, not balanced at all
23694556: My team stomped them from the beggining, theit infernus and mcginnis were considerably worse than the res of the lobby
I could post dozens of more unbalanced matches but I would like to sum it up and say that I have maybe 1 or 2 good matches in 10, no matter if I win or lose, matchmaking rn is really bad in ranks and normal matchmaking as well, unbalanced team in terms of skill, in terms of selections of heroes for each team and in terms of having heroes that are breaking every match theyre on as long as the players are decent, especially geist, mcginnis and infernus.
