B.A.S.E. Jumper Weapon Item Idea

A 1-3k cost item that allows you to deal more damage while in the air! Either that or faster firing speed.

Could also benefit from having an active item use as well that allows you to slow your descent/float for X amount of time

Would be VERY strong with Vindicta, Grey Talon, Paradox, and Lash, but could be interesting to experiment with
