Automatic bans if previously banned?

Didn't say anything wrong, toxic, only useful comms and yet I got instantly comm banned for the second time after two games
Why? What is the logic used to determine if you should be auto banned?

Just want to add that at a high enough MMR no comms are pretty much crippling which is why I cared enough to make the thread

Same thing just happened to me. Was trying to comm to get my team to play together. they didnt want to team up so we got thrashed and at the end i said "wow this is cooked gg" and got insta 4 day comm ban

Same thing happened to me. Was false comms reported and got a 2 day ban.
Then today I play my first game and am queued with my girlfriend and my friend. We had another duo in our team and they were calling us the N-word, Jew, telling us to kill ourselves, and said a bunch of weird stuff about child porn. Then I guess they report and I get instant banned again.
I literally didnt type or speak all game either. Broken report system that they need to fix asap.

I just found an exploit where you can easily get someone banned if you report them. This works only works if 3 people report at the same time. Just report Voice/Text abuse and have the same reason. There is no review.
