Audio Bug / Sounds Become Muffled

When I use in-game voice chat with my headphones on, the game's sound suddenly changes and becomes muffled. Is this due to my computer or is it a bug? The same thing happens in Dota 2 when I open the options menu.

Same here, as soon as I pushed to talk the game audio gets muffled and doesn't go back to normal :/
