Assist bug

I kept getting assist when someone out of my team would get a kill even tho I was no where close to them so I could not in any way actually get assist. I was playing paradox. I imagine it has something to do divine barrier and shielding teammates. Early game was everything fine. I notice I started to get assist after divine barrier was bought. Review footage after 25th min or so. I was defending base while everyone was at opposite site of the map and I still kept getting assists.

Have the same bug. Playing paradox with barrier as well although it seems like the undeserved assists didn't start until after 13 minutes(might be unrelated idk).

Same here for Grey Talon. If I'm flying the Guided Owl I'm getting assists for kills happening way across the map. Even after the owl I'm getting it, even though the owl was nowhere near the kill.

Just had this happen while playing Grey Talon. Received an assist from a Paradox killing Infernus in another lane. Was flying the owl as well.

Me (Pave I Mina) gained several Kill Assists from Ivy-takedowns after having last-hitted this same Ivy earlier in the match.

Having been observing this for awhile, this generally has been happening in matches where I've able to get "Siphon Bullets"-item stacks.
