Artifact: Removes half of the duration and half of the stack of active debuffs, and prevents debuffs from being added for 2s. When you would receive a debuff an active artifact is used up. Doesn't affect anything Unstoppable affects.
Dispell Magic change: Now says Add 2 Artifact (5 second duration per artifact).
This can be used in different items and abilities. Part of the reword advantage is you're not in a situation of getting debuffs removed and having them immediately reapplied.
