armor piercing bullets and other items compatibility

I think the concept of the item doesn't work with other decreasing bullet resistance items, like when you play a character like pocket you can have negative spirit resistance, so it should be applied the same concept, right? but when you buy armor piercing bullets you ignore those other items (like alchemical fire) and portray only a 0% resistance to bullets. Hope this helps.

I believe you mean that armor piercing rounds don't work with bullet resist shred, and yes it is so. It looks like, if you make enemy negative bullet resists and then buy armor piercing rounds, all your resist shreds essentially reset to 0% on enemy, while armor piercing rounds proc. So you do less damage.
