Goal is to save and reinvent idea of angry polar bear inspired relic and make it more unique and not replacing other items. Polar bear asociated with Ice and Raw Power and this is what item gives you. Current Cold Front is just abomination of Mystic burst and Mystic slow and doing better that this 2 items. Cold Front is so usefull that upgrading it to Arctic Blast is not neccesary. And fact that is active item literally have 0 meaning, because you dont need to aim, no need to think about using time just press it by cooldown and gets max value. I personaly dont like it so much that someone can call it hate.

This reinventing of relic idea merge Cold Front and Arctic blast together, deliting usage of this relic as just burst boosting option, and forcing users to stay in Close range fight like Point Blank. Slightly more risk and more reward.

I overthinked it and name Cold Front is better, but not current item itself. And it still needs T4 upgrade

Dealing 200 damage to target in Close Range, cause them Freeze and explode with Ice wave that slows. After Freezing enemy, user gets All damage boost in Close Range

0,5 sec Freeze
4 sec slow

12m Ice Wave radius
15m Close range

8 sec buff duration
30% all damage buff

Idealogicaly this have same usage and meaning as current Cold Front and Ice Blast. It get rid of unnecesarry active part and Burst damage. With this changes getting max profit form item go with neccesary risk of staying in Close range, and it not makes current item users weaker but add option for counterplay.

Also with this Cold Fronts become fully unique standalone item, not Mystic Burst cope for everyone.
