Arcane Surge - Every bugged ability on every hero

Abrams: Seismic Impact (all buffs)
Bebop: none
Calico: Shadow Transformation (2nd damage instance and range)
Dynamo: Kinetic Pulse (IF THE ABILITY GOES PAST 40m~ it does not get the damage) - Quantum Entaglement (both cast range and fire rate buff)
Grey Talon: Charged Shot (no dmg)
Haze: Bullet Dance (+Ability Range stops working during the extra few seconds the ult lasts from arcane surge duration)
Holliday: none
Infernus: Flame Dash (Damage only works on the first damage instance, range only works for first 2-3 seconds) - Concussive Combustion
Ivy: Air Drop (everything)
Kelvin: none
Lady Geist: Soul Exhcange (range doesnt work)
Lash: Ground Strike (everything) , Grapple (range), Death Slam (only works if you throw them instantly while close to the ground)
McGinnis: Medicinal Specter (+Ability range stops working during the extra few seconds the ability lasts from arcane surge duration) Heavy Barrage (+Ability Range and damage stops working during the extra few seconds the ult lasts from arcane surge duration)
Mirage: Fire Scarabs (First damage instance of first scarab does extra damage but thats literally it) Traveler? (idk this one too hard to test and who the fuck is even buying this item on mirage anyways)
Mo & Krill: Burrow (everything) - Combo (range doesnt work)
Paradox: none
Pocket: Enchanter's Satchel (everything) - Affliction (+damage goes down after the first damage instance(strangely enough if you have 0 cooldown/refresher the dot thats already on them does full damage during the cast time of Affliction).
Seven: Lightning Ball (damage and range only work in the first 4~ seconds) - Static Charge (everything) - Power Surge (damage only works in the first damage instance, cba testing range and duration on this one) - Storm Cloud (Lightning strike part of the spell does not get any benefit)
Shiv: Serrated Knives (damage only works in the first 2 seconds of the DoT) - Slice and Dice (When full rage, 2nd Slice and Dice does not get damage bonus, range seems to work for some reason though) - Killing Blow (Range does not work)
Sinclair: Assistant (Damage only works in the first 4~ seconds of the spell) - Audience Participation (Range doesn't work on the first cast, duration does tho)
Vindicta: Flight (everything)
Viscous: none
Vyper: Lethal Venom (+range and no damage)
Warden: Binding Word (everything)
Wraith: Card Trick (if you can somehow get the card to fly for like 3-4 seconds it will lose its damage and prob range too) - Project Mind (no range) - Full Auto (damage stops working during the extra few seconds the ult lasts from arcane surge duration) - Telekinesis (+range doesnt work, maybe duration too idk hard to tell)
Yamato: Flying Strike (range and damage dont work, slow duration prob too)

I had no idea it didn't work with Abrams ult... I would use this all the time. It seems that it does technically work in that it boosts the initial jump section of the ability, but the buff disappears for the descent. The range indicator is also bugged in that it shows a bigger circle but it actually has no functional increase in range.

I see you have bebop as "none" but I tested his uppercut with arcane surge and it doesn't seem to increase the firerate debuff.

Go into sandbox and buy arcane surge only. This means you get 11 spirit power from the invested souls and in theory an extra 15 spirit power from surging his 1. this means 11 + 15 = 26. 26 x 0.186 (the spirit scaling for the debuff) = 4.836, rounded up is 4.84. Add this to base fire rate debuff which is 15, = 19.84. But in practice you get 17%, showing it's only affected by 11 spirit power.
 
I tested this myself and this is all the unexpected behavior I found that wasn't listed in the above post or this other post:

Doorman:
- Doorway duration is buffed if the second door is placed with the Arcane Surge effect.
- Doorway duration is not buffed if only the first door is placed with the Arcane Surge effect.

Drifter:
- Eternal Night's spirit damage proc is buffed by Arcane Surge, but the buff expires if you enter and leave the vision range of a blinded enemy.

Gray talon:
- Spirit Snare's curse duration is not affected by Arcane Surge.

Holliday:
- Placing a Bounce Pad with the Arcane Surge effect adds one stack of the buff for your next stomp's damage.
Placing a Bounce Pad without the Arcane Surge effect removes one stack.
Landing a stomp on the ground removes one stack.
Landing a stomp on another Bounce Pad removes does not remove a stack.

Infernus:
- Flame Dash trail damage is buffed by Arcane Surge, but the buff expires after ending Flame Dash.

Ivy:
- Throwing a Kudzu Bomb with the Arcane Surge effect adds one stack of the buff for all Kudzu Bomb damage.
Throwing a Kudzu Bomb without the Arcane Surge effect removes one stack of the buff.
Throwing a Kudzu Bomb with the Arcane Surge effect increases the duration of that Kudzu Bomb by 15% (i.e. it works as expected).
- Stone Form damage is not affected by Arcane Surge.
- Stone Form damage radius not affected by Arcane Surge (the buff expires before hitting the ground).

Mina:
- Only the first cast of Sanguine Retreat is buffed by Arcane Surge.
- The second cast of Sanguine Retreat is not affected by Arcane Surge, even when casting it under the Arcane Surge effect (i.e. after dash-jumping again).

Pocket:
- Flying Cloak damage is buffed by Arcane Surge, but the buff does not last for the entire lifetime of the Flying Cloak.

Sinclair:
- Rabbit Hex damage amp is not affected by Arcane Surge.

Yamato:
- Flying Strike damage is not affected by Arcane Surge beyond point-blank range.


Here's some issues that I am guessing exist based on other behavior, but that I didn't prove conclusively:

Haze:
- Sleep Dagger wake up duration may not be affected by Arcane Surge.

Ivy:
- Stone Form stun duration may not be affected by Arcane Surge.

Lash:
- Ground Strike slow duration may not be affected by Arcane Surge.

Paradox:
- Kinetic Carbine time-stop duration may not be affected by Arcane Surge.

Seven:
- Static Charge stun duration may not be affected by Arcane Surge.

Yamato:
- Shadow Transformation on-kill duration extension may not be affected by Arcane Surge.


Some of the listed issues have been fixed, notably Vindicta's Flight, Paige's Rallying Charge, Ivy's Air Drop, and Calico's Shadow Transformation.
