Arcane Surge Sinclair ult plays the steal animation but fails to steal

You can still steal the ult if you're in the original range even with arcane surge, but if you steal an enemy ult while in the bonus arcane surge range, it shows that you steal but fails to steal.

Example where the normal range works, then the arcane surge added range doesn't work (and consumes the arcane surge charge too)
