Same Dmg when accounting for the 9 spirit power the items gives inherently for being a purple item. So i think the 15 spirit power the "jump-dash" gives are missing.
Range increase works.
Im not sure if duration increase works: But i think it doesnt work, here is why: Spin duration should be increased i guess, but since its the same damage in cant be increased.
Test stats:
Test1: Arcane Surge
9 inherent sprirt power
131 Spirit dmg done by the whole burrow (no skillpoints invested) with activated "arcane surge"
Test2: Mimic the 9 spirit power arcane surge gives you by (collecting "+2 Spirit power" Gold Statue buff" and buying Mystic Shot (gives +7 spirit))
131 Spirit Dmg done by the whole burrow (no skillpoints invested)
On thing i also found out is that somehow after the first 30 seconds in "test hero" your burrow in either case does 10 dmg more -> so 140dmg. Here no idea why. Nothing changed in the build, same circumstances. At 2min and 15seconds in "test hero" it was back to 130dmg.
Tested with Dummy.
