Arcane Surge does not increase the damage of Mo's Burrow

Arcane Surge only increases the duration of the burrowed time, and does not increase the DPS or duration of the spin attack - despite listing that it will when hovered.

Probably has to do with the two part nature of the move, and the surge getting consumed by the first part without extending to the second part.
