This doesn't happen all the time, but it seems to happen more frequently during the late game. It makes me miss a lot of my shots since my sensitivity is tied to my framerate.

For the record, my graphics card is an RTX 3080 and I have an 11th gen i7-11700k intel CPU. From what I've seen elsewhere, it seems that it's happened on RTX 3060s and 3060Tis as well.
