Another Alt Fire Shotgun Bruiser

Shiv is a character that already has ton of mobility. Making his mobility alt fire difficult to balance. I think its one of his more interesting mechanics and is deserving to be built around its own kit. Rather than vise versa. A bruiser thats movement maybe scales off of fire rate I think is an interesting concept to build around

maybe a shotgun hero with a pistol sidearm alt fire? the pistol would be very fast to equalize dps.
