Ankle weights (suggested by Mast) 500 vitality

Watching a Mast video and he suggested an item like this. I'm envisioning it as a landing stage counter item weaker than reactive barrier.

Bonus health +50
Knockup effects, effects that set your speed to 0 without stunning, and airlock effects have their duration reduced by 75%.

I did a simmilar suggestion here , a bit more powerfull, but with a negative effect.
I really think they should add something like this. Holliday barren spam that doesn`t let you move is annoying, but nerfing holliday to the ground should not be the only solution.
