it would basically work like this:
if the item is off cooldown, killing a trooper with your weapon will have the same behaviour as meleeing (instantly giving you the souls instead of spawning an orb)
this could be something for players to buy if a lot of their orbs are getting denied and they want to guarantee some more souls without meleeing (which can obviously be dangerous in certain matchups/states/etc.)
it could also potentially apply to kills on structures or enemies, and maybe to kills with abilities instead of just weapons, maybe depending on on the cost of the item
