again? banned from queue for winning a match that was available to be abandoned from the start?

finished the game (it had the little red alert in the top right corner) and won with my drifter stuck in the subways inside of a REM path, try to queue again and im banned.

please for the love of god fix this bug this is the third time its happened to me.
