Banned from matchmaking even though I was present ever since the beginning

This is the second time this happened to me. The first time, a match was found and my game crashed during the loading screen. I came back during the waiting part of the match, where you face the enemy team before getting to your lanes, and now it happened again, except it just took very long to start the match, and the same thing happened, I was there during the preparation and STILL GOT PUNISHED FOR ABANDONING THE MATCH. both times the red warning was on top right region of the screen as if I had abandoned the match, BUT I WAS PRESENT THE WHOLE MATCH

it's random and incredibly frustrating, now I have to wait a whole day to be able to play again. I am punished for doing absolutely nothing wrong

I have gone into low prio due to the same issue, and also now I am upto 5 games from this issue. Insane problem for a fucking valve game to have.
