Add ability to party up with teammates after match.

It would be nice add a button after a match next to "Play Again" to team up with that matches teammates when solo queuing. It would save the hassle of adding them as a friend first to invite them to party up. Our team's synergy is sometimes incredible in matches that playing with them again is a no brainer.

Would be a little hard to implement.
