I have a friend who was invited back in May/June under the old email invite system. He never received the email or invite. Since then, various people have tried to invite him to no avail. His account has no bans, owns paid games, and is several years old. Nobody who invited him has been banned.
Here's the interesting thing: Sometimes his account shows as having joined to other people, sometimes it shows as already invited, and sometimes it doesn't show at all. Could this be an issue caused by the new invite system?
