Abrams + Quicksilver Reload

Buying Quicksilver Reload on Abrams and imbuing Shoulder Charge,

If you start reloading before shoulder charging, it causes a full reload time (the red circle around the reticle continues) but no bullets are loaded. After this reload timer expires, then Abrams will start to reload.

This uses the Quick Silver cooldown.

This was not repeatable on other champs.

I want to second this bug. If you use Quicksilver Reload after Abrams starts reloading normally, it will break the reload completely and take twice as long to reload. It basically disarms you for a long time.

I also noticed this issue, was about to post it. Also happens with Mercurial Magnum

Makes it difficult to choose this item with Abrams
